How to Play
Stick with the herd. Stray, and the Pink Cow is yours.
A match-the-majority party game. Everyone answers one open prompt at once — but only the biggest matching group scores. Think like everyone else and prosper; be the lone clever clogs and take the cow.

- 1
The steward reads the prompt
Each round one open, opinion-shaped prompt goes up on the board — no right answer, only popular ones. Family, Party or Spicy, whatever the room picked.
- 2
Everyone answers at once
Privately type one short answer (40 characters max). You're not after the cleverest line — you're trying to guess where the herd will graze.
- 3
The herd is counted
Answers cluster into pens. The biggest matching group is the herd, and every player in it banks a point. Smaller pens score nothing.
- 4
The lone stray takes the Pink Cow
Matched nobody at all, all on your own? The wobbling hot-pink rosette is yours. Two or more strays and the cow stays in the pen this round.
Keeping Score
- Join the herd, bank a point. Every player in the biggest matching pen scores one point that round. Points stack across all 8 rounds.
- Stray from the herd, score nothing. Land in a smaller pen and you go home empty-handed for the round — being right but rare wins you no points.
- Hold the cow at the close, lose 1st. Whoever is still carrying the Pink Cow when the show ends is barred from 1st place — even if they top the raw score.
Prize-Pen Tips
Boring is brilliant. The first answer everyone thinks of is usually the one the herd lands on — resist the urge to be original.
Read the room, not the prompt. Picture what the people you're playing with would type, then type that.
Watch the cow. If you're carrying it late on, play it dead safe — holding it at the close bars you from 1st no matter your score.
Challenge a dodgy pen. If the steward merged two answers that don't belong together, dispute it — a majority vote can re-pen the board.
